I got this 4 days ago, and let me just tell you! It comes with a little booklet of a couple different exercises for your arms and legs, and I pretty much do those until I can’t anymore a couple times a day, not like I would in the gym. But I am not kidding I see and feel tightness and some definition. I’m hoping it lasts a little while but either way, it’s a great little tool to have when at a desk or laying in bed!

It's easy to use. There is some resistance to it however it's kind of wonky. There is an awkwardness when you use it. If used correctly it could be effective. I wouldn't recommend it. Not even for the price I paid. You can get one of equal quality at Five and below.

Good resistance strength for a beginner like me, can definitely feel the burn on my inner thighs when I use it. The pads are comfortable and durable, no flaking yet. And the color is cute!

I LOVE this little thigh squisher it makes squeezing fun and even my husband got a good thigh squish session out of it. Came in a cute pink bag too!

This is a piece of crap.It doesn't sit right no matter which way you use it so one side or the other constantly "flings" out which can cause injury.It may have metal inside but the pill lock is PLASTIC which means every time you try to squeeze, the bars shove up against WEAK PLASTIC and it cracked after about thirty seconds of gentle use.The foam bars arrived already wrinkled, yanked, and TORN around the bends and supposedly it's brand new.The hinge is supposed to allow the item to push in and push out but it doesn't. It just squeezes the PLASTIC pill lock and BENDS the bars rather than the squeeze in/squeeze out like it's supposed to.This product was very very very very very badly made. It's a pure piece of crap. Do not buy! It's just going to break right away!

It has enough resistance to be effective, however, the design of it makes it awkward to use with out holding the spring part with your hand to prevent the unit from twisting while squeezing it.

I keep this at work under my desk and try to do 100 a day. Legs feel the burn after the first set. Happy with my purchase
