I Love it, although a bit pricy, but the product is amazing, never thought I would have perfect Japanese rice any time at home, it's also very fast.the seller was very helpful and responsive.The item is for 220v and comes with a spatula and two measuring cupsthank you.

It’s not cheap, but worth it, after playing a little bit with the amount of water (giving slightly less then suggested), the rice is perfect, whether it’s glutinous, Japanese or basmati. What a time saving too!

I made the error to think that this was the smaller of the different Zojirushi Neuro fuzzy’s. I thought that number 10 ment suitable for 10 persons and that 1.8 was either 1.8 l or just a more recent version. Although I checked on different sites I was not able to get this straight without seeing it. As I thought there would be a steam basket included, I guessed that even the large size would be ok as vegetables easily make up for a large volume.But as there was no steam basket I had to send it back (rather expensive shipping) and to order the smaller NS-ZLH10-WZ instead.
