I'm happy with my purchase of this charcoal incense burner. This one is the second one, on the first the top could slide off. They replaced it immediately upon request.I like the style and weight of this one, it's heavy enough to not get easily knocked about, but not so much so to be awkward.

This Incense Burner Set arrived super-well packed with thick foam cut to suit the product, carefully holding everything in place. It also had a bonus of a beautiful gift card and a scented hanger for the car or closet. The pieces are all excellent quality and feel quite heavy. There is a burner and lid, an incense holder with a lid, a large tray to display the set, and beautiful metal tongs for moving the incense back and forth.This is a perfect gift set for a loved one or a friend. I recommend it.

It’s adorable but I wish it didn’t come chipped on the side. Other than that I love it. It came with a little tong as well. It also came with a thank you card and a car freshie.

Awful! It is so cheaply made that it literally came apart after only second use, and now the “return” window has passed, so I can’t get a refund. Don’t waste your money!

Showing what the top looks like after two uses, both times without the top on for majority of burn duration. The material is plastic, though it's made to look like stone. If you're burning resins it will leave sticky resin goo on the lid (just from the smoke itself) so won't stay pristine. While it gets warm the holder itself certainly hasn't burned, so 33mm charcoal disks work well as intended.

This is a very stylish and durable incense burner. I have used it with cones, mostly, and been satisfied with the results. The lid helps to direct and meter the flow of the incense smoke, and makes the cones burn for about five minutes longer than they would normally. The burner is weighted well and does not tip over when being used. (I have had that happen with others.) Product is easy to clean both inside and out and doesn't seem to draw as much static as other items in the area where it sits. The moon design is beautiful. The company also sent an air freshener for the car: it smells amazing.
