You might think that 1/3 of a cup would be too little for breakfast. but with almond milk this is a very delicious and satisfying breakfast granola. can also use it on yogurt. I liked it so much I bought the multipack.

I am always very leery of anything "high protein" or "Keto friendly" because it usually does not have the best of tastes. In fact, low carb snacks usually taste close to cardboard. My daughter wanted to give these a try so I went ahead and got them. Well, I have to say that I was very surprised at how good these actually taste! They have a nice assortment of nuts and berries without feeling like they are going more heavy on one item than the others. They aren't too crunchy, which I was a little worried about because I have Invisalign which make my teeth more sensitive to very crunchy things. The nuts seem to lend more to a softer crunch without tasting like it is expired or old. The flavor of it is very pleasant and not too harsh on the granola side. I love that they give you 6 boxes so you have extras. They come in a silver foil type of bag that you open and then roll down in the box for storing when not eating them. Depending on how fast you go through the box you may want to put that foil bag into a ziplock to keep it fresh because the foil tears very easily. I really love it and highly recommend it.

As far as I can tell my blood sugar did not rise after snacking on this product. But I am sensitive to sugar alcohols and some other artificial sweeteners. I had that problem with this product.

I personally and my family are not fan of sweet things so never like granola bars that much despite it is a easy healthy filling snack because most of the granola bars are loaded with sweetness. This rather than a bar is a mix and there is no added sugar. I have a container filled with this mix in my dining area and have finished all of them within few weeks. I also have added this mix to make desert like Kheer and the cinnamon essence made it so good.The dry nuts that were in the mix were good quality, freshOne time snack pack 1 oz portion would be great as this pack is 10 oz in a packGood snack for gluten sensitive people and someone who is doing Keto diet as well.

I absolutely LOVE this granola! The flavor isn’t overpowering and the granola isn’t super hard. I wish the serving sizes weren’t so small but it’s so packed with nutrition that I understand it. Don’t over eat this granola or you will spend a lot of time in the bathroom!I highly recommend this granola and especially to those doing keto!

I love that I could just grab a bag for a quick and easy breakfast on-the-go, or sprinkle it on top of yogurt, or kefir for a wholesome protein & fiber enriched snack.

This granola mix is excellent. I have never eaten granola that is this expensive before, opting for cheaper brands that you can find at your local grocery store, but wow, there truly is a difference here for just a few dollars more per box. I was impressed before even tasting this mix. This Cinnamon Pecan mix contains whole pecans, not just bits and pieces. This really sold me because as a pecan lover, I am used to only pieces being included in food products. To see full sized pecans told me that this company cares about quality. To top it off, this mix as tastes good! I would describe it as being food that you know is good for you from how it tastes. In all, I am very impressed.
