Love these mystery puzzles. High quality. Definitely a harder puzzle, not knowing what the final picture will be, but in a very fun way.

This isn’t your grandmas puzzle! These puzzles have really nice packaging, made with care. This is not to be confused with the puzzle you buy at a big box store that has a ton of debris from the puzzle cut, or just has puzzle pieces directly in a box.This is truly a premium puzzle.

At this point I’ve done all of the Odd Pieces except one, which is on its way. I think this one was my favorite so far! They are fun to do, I love the comics/story line, and the colors are always very aesthetically pleasing.

I’m hooked, please keep making more of these!!!

This was more difficult than you would think. You can get a general idea of where pieces go from the picture on the box but it is different. The pieces are well cut and fit together snugly. This was very entertaining but not good for those that like easy or quick puzzles.

This is hard.. pieces are vivid with color and no puzzle dust! Fun for all ages

I built my first mystery puzzle by Odd Pieces a couple of weeks ago and had a blast. I wanted to try another of their offerings, and this one did not disappoint. I do a 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzle at least once a week, so I've tried many, many different brands of puzzles. I think it is quite possible that Odd Pieces will become one of my favorite puzzle makers.The puzzle comes with a brief comic book that explains what is going on in the puzzle's world. Two puzzle maps are included (big bonus as I work on this with family), but they show the "before" image. What we build is the "after" image, so the comic book's story hints at what to expect has happened. Also included is a checklist of different points of interest in the completed puzzle. We held off looking at the checklist until we completed the puzzle, and this allowed us to hunt for different elements.The puzzle also comes with a second comic to be read after completing the build, and this comic explains what has transpired in the story. I love, love, love the story this puzzle tells. It is a throw-back to the old Nintendo games I used to play, so the nostalgia factor is strong. The second comic is sealed in an envelope with yet another puzzle map, only this map shows what the completed puzzle looks like. I guess if we were stumped while building it, we could have sneaked a peak at the "after" map.There is so much going on in this puzzle, but each element is unique, making it easy to distinguish to which vicinity a piece belongs. I love the art style, the story, and the playfulness of the mystery. My family also loves this puzzle. Immediately upon completing the puzzle, we broke it down and started over. Usually, we wait a couple of months before returning to our favorite puzzles, but this one was so cool and so fun that we wanted to relive the original experience. Oddly, it was just as wonderful the second time around.Now I need to pick up each Odd Pieces puzzle out there! They are a little pricier than many other puzzles, but the comic books and other extras make them worthwhile. The puzzle even came with stickers, which is great as I love the style of pixel art. This puzzle is a keeper--I won't trade it among my puzzle group. I'm not sharing!

This is my first Odd Pieces Mystery Jigsaw puzzle, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’ve never done a puzzle that was different from the box’s image before.Looking at the puzzle, you could guess the different spots that would be changed because they were glitched out, but it wasn’t until I started working on the puzzle that I realized that there was a conveyor belt that would have moved and so that stuff wouldn’t be in the same spot. Other than the border, I started with the puzzle image pieces and that is when I found my first change, the puzzle in the picture was in progress on the box but completed on the puzzle image I was working on. The one thing that hung me up was a scene that was moved from one section to another, and there were things on the conveyor belt that weren’t shown in the original image. I didn’t really utilize the picture too much, as the business was pretty easy to put together without looking for any reference.There weren’t many pieces still together, but there was a normal amount of dust you’d see from a nice puzzle. It’s not considered no dust in my opinion. The pieces were thick and it took a while for me to take the puzzle apart once I was done with it.You get some awesome stuff with this puzzle, two copies of the box’s image (I’m assuming for those working on the puzzle with another person), a sheet of stickers, the comic book, and some hints for the puzzle. The pieces that are for the start of the puzzle have a yellow border and the stuff to look at after the puzzle is completed has an orange border, so that’s a nice touch. The paper was thick and had a nice quality to it, but the comic book wasn’t folded correctly, so it is a little annoying of something of such good quality.

Fun new twist to puzzles with lots of easter eggs from so many different franchise, a blast to explore!

Very challenging...

After finishing endless 'normal' puzzles, I wanted to try something a bit different. This is exactly the sort of thing I was hoping for, the picture you make does not correspond 1-1 to the display, so you have to look at your own work for hints on what comes next. All the pieces were well cut, and are pretty thick. Easily reusable. One note: the centre piece was completely round which seems strange, and some pieces had 'unusual' shapes but it just adds character to this.
