My company works on renovating homes on a daily basis. When I saw this Decided to buy it and give it a try. The came to me in a very nice box and came to me faster than I was expecting it to come. Well I have used this tool several time and can tell you this is the real deal. Works as good as any brand name product. I used this to remove rust from a metal rail a few times and it did well. I also used this tool to cut some of a door frame that I could not get without taking the whole from off. I plan on using this for a long time. It offers so many options to use around the house it is like the Swiss Army tool! I would recommend this tool it is well worth it's money!! This has an on, and an off switch. This is a single speed tool without all the frills, but the price is hard to beat. I have used it for a few things and it works well. Overall a solid product. Customer service from seller was quite good when I interacted with them.

I have been skeptical of these tools since they first hit the market. I've seen them used often in different videos but felt that I never really needed a tool like this. Well, that was until I started removing grout from my tile floors by hand. I decided to get one but did not want to spend a lot of money for something that I may not use very often. I found this model and read the good and bad reviews. I decided that the good outweighed the bad and placed my order.If you're a home owner; you don't want one of these...you need one of these. The day i got it I removed the grout in one 300 sq ft room in just a few hours. I cut out a few sections of damaged drywall neatly and straight as an arrow in seconds. I cut out hinge pockets and hung a new bedroom door and I used it to install a dog door.s made the price well worth it. I've been installing a laminate floor. I've needed to cut a little stock off the bottom of lots of trim around the rooms. This tool does it easy. Being kind of a cheap guy, I've been using cheap blades with it. Even so, it's an amazing tool. I have so far been unable to tell any difference between this tool and those used by professional contractors costing over $100.00. Pretty good, don't you think.

I bought this item in April but had not used it until last week. It worked fine for a few times, but it stopped working for no reason.

For some reason the products that are produced in China lack decent user manuals and parts descriptions. They also use the smallest print available so you have to use a magnifying glass to read the instructions which seem to be in Chinese that is translated into English. They don't even show a picture of the blade I needed to remove grout. I spent 30 minutes trying to find videos, made by other companies, that showed the actual blade I should use on this tool. Once I watched some videos, thanks to other manufacturers, I figured out what blade to use and how to use it once I got it installed. Thank you Craftsman and DeWalt. The tool worked just fine after I got the blade adjusted the way I wanted it. The only complaint I have with the actual tool is that the on/off switch is very hard to turn on or off. It was a bit scary trying to change my grip on the tool to get enough pressure using two hand to shut it off.

I really just got it for the tool power; the attachments didn't last at all. Tried cutting wood and a bolt and had to throw the tips away. The attachment for removing grout worked fine. Had to buy a quality tip to do the metal work.

I bought this tool 3 months ago but started to use it last week. It worked fine in the beginning but went silent after one week use. Push the switch to on and nothing happened. I contacted customer services and a replaced was sent back to me in 2 days. I was very impressed with the customer services. The replacement worked well so far and no complains at all. Trustworthy.
