Taking this for brain health. No noticable bad effects, and no real life-changing positive ones. Maybe mild improvement in being able to concentrate for longer periods. I'll continue to take it for a while.

Not sure if it’s a coincidence but I have started taking these about a week and a half ago and Thursday night around 7PM, instead of getting ready for bed, I found myself deep cleaning the stove, and thought to myself “this is strange lol”….thats just NOT ME!!! I’m suffering from a cold and went to lay down and had a burst of energy so I am up going through cabinets and cleaning!!!! Nothing else has changed except me taking 1 pill at night and 1 in the morning when I wake up!!! I wouldn’t hesitate to get these!!! I’m a plus size, 52 year old with diabetes, and I have energy!
