The coat is really pretty. The only problem was the zipper was loose on it and I had to re-sew it back on at the bottom. Other than that it is really warm and comfortable.

I ordered a large, which is what I normally wear and this one is even tight for my granddaughter who wears a medium so they run very small! Other than that, it’s a nice jacket, it’s not heavy enough to be called coat! But the fur lining, which is not in the sleeves, would make it a warm jacket. I will be returning it.

I am 5'4" and 102 lbs. I ordered a LG and it fits perfectly. It was a little itchy from packaging, but after a quick wash...its perfect! It did not shrink, it did not fade, it did not gather lint. The jacket is thick, very soft and very warm. I am always cold. That is no longer the case!

Ordered a large and it is too small. Barely fits my 5 foot 105 pound daughter. Runs very very small!!!

Order two sizes up form usa sizes. They do will not give a full refund. The zipper still badly.

Pockets are very cheaply made. I only had it for a week before one of the pockets completely tore off. It wasnt snagged on anything but i put my hand and phone in the pocket and it tore off. The stitching over all is just trash.Other than that i love it. Its warm and looks cute (until the seams all give out).

I didnt like this coat. Im 5'7 161lbs and ordered a medium and it was waaay to small. The material felt cheap to me.
