Update since original review.The seller has kindly refunded the purchase cost of £150 and said I can keep the camera and has also refunded the £100 unlimited subscription. The camera has began to work intermittently at night, yet my DSLR camera trap which this camera is monitoring is showing that this camera is still missing most of the movements. On a number of a occasions the camera has not activated even when I've walked up to it.I continue to assume that my unit has an issue, on receiving the refund I would usually purchase a replacement. However I still have unlimited years subscription which is locked to my model - plus the price has now increased to £200.-------------------Original reviewI looked at a number of other brands and models before opting for this one as there are number of cellular cameras available, the majority with poor reviews, but this one seemed to have a few positive ones. I paid £150 which feels reasonable for it's advertised abilities, video and image quality isn't fantastic, but it's useable. The main feature I wanted was it's cellular capabilities.In daylight the works great, from activation it takes between 15-30mins for the app to give a notification that the camera has been triggered, for my purposes however I need it to work after dark, which frustratingly it doesn't seem to do, possibly a faulty item? But that opens up another issues.Because these cameras are likely to produce 100s of images in a short time, I purchased a years subscription which is locked to to camera model, meaning if I return it for a replacement, I will lose the money I've just paid out for the subscription.Even more frustratingly I am unable to find a customer support website or phone number.Purchase with caution.
