I am writing to formally complain about the air mattress I purchased from your company on [25.05.2024]. Despite following all the instructions for proper use and care, the mattress has developed cracks and leaks, rendering it unusable. The specific issues I have encountered with the air mattress include: 1. Cracks developed within 20 DAYS of use, leading to significant air leakage. 2. The mattress fails to hold air for an adequate period, causing discomfort and inconvenience. 3. The quality of the material appears substandard, contributing to its rapid deterioration. Given these problems, I am extremely dissatisfied with the product and believe it does not meet the standards advertised by your company.

If you plan to use continuously, need to top up the air every other day. Use it for our road trips. Totally worth it.

Got punctured within 5 months of use. It happened without any sharp object got stung. But during its usage, it had not troubled even a little bit. Everything else is fine, if it hadn't punctured... Build quality is to improved for better required results....

I ordered this mattress and to be honest, I wasn't expecting much. I looked at about 50 of them on here, and reviews were mixed, but I ordered it thinking, well, if it sucks I can return it. I had guests staying with me for three weeks and I certainly wasn't looking forward to sleeping on it. I sure was surprised at how great it is! Inflated quickly and, more importantly, actually stayed inflated! It was—dare I say—comfortable! I only had to top up the air a little bit every few days, and even that was just a little bit. Really impressed and really glad I bought it, it's the best air mattress I ever had. No joke.

Die Luftmatraze wird schnell aufgepumpt und bietet eine sehr bequeme Liegefläche. Nach zwei Nächten musste ich nicht nachpumpen. Die Pumpe ist zwar nicht sehr leise, aber in 2-3 Minuten ist alles fertig aufgepumpt. Wenn man direkt darauf liegt, klebt man nicht daran. Meine Kinder haben es sogar als Hüpfburg benutzt und es hat problemlos standgehalten. Anfangs roch es etwas nach Kunststoff, aber das verflog schnell. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt.

I've owned the queen size mattress for a little over a year and have used it frequently. We've had guests use it when they come over, we've taken it with us on camping trips over 50 times and it's held up to use after use. I'm an avid camper and have slept on numerous inflatable beds. Intex can kick rocks because this thing is by far the most comfortable air mattress I've slept on. Keep in mind, my personal preference is a firm bed. Inflation is easy, the built-in motor functions as it should. As noted by the manufacturer, PVC will expand so I did have to top it off with air before the wife and I went to bed on our camping trips. This only requires <20 seconds so not a big hassle. Folding up any air mattress after it's been deflated sucks, this one isn't terrible. My only gripe is the bag that it comes with was an after thought in the product design. The draw string is thin and the bag quality itself isn't great. If the manufacturer would increase the bag size slightly and make it out of nylon with a larger more durable drawstring, that would make this the absolute complete package. Other than that, this mattress is absolutely worth the money. If you're looking for a comfortable mattress that will last, this is the one.
