I understand personalized items aren't generally returnable, but the writing on this is so faint & non legible! It's NOT how it was portrayed. I'd like it to be replaced so it can be used without the names disappearing!

While it was pretty neat, the personalized names were done in ink and were wore off by the time it arrived.Unsure if it was poorly done or through substandard packaging.
