I discovered tagine via Tesouka, and went on try try different brands-- just to go back to the Tesouka stuff.(An additional use for this paste: it's one of the very few things that can make canned tuna actually enjoyable ;) )

Delicious
I love this, I mix it with smoked paprika and plenty of Mediterannean vegetables then slowly simmer away. It has just the right heat for me but other family members find it quite spicy. Delicious.

Authentic tagine paste, a delicious garlic lemony flavour with a tang of spice. Add to tagines to give authenticity. Easy tagine: Fry meat, stir in paste, add preserved lemons, harissa to taste and a drop of argan oil if desired. Couscous: Stir in, job done.
