Q: Will this fit to the elvie pump?

Yes! I put my elvie and charger in here and it fits fine!

Q: Do other wearable pump brands fit in this case?

Yes they can, but it depends on the size of your pump. There is a stretchy strap that holds the pumps in place but it is not adjustable. I own the elvie and they are smaller than the willow so they slide around a bit. I imagine it would fit the Momcozy pump better because the cups are larger. The case will work but depends on your preference. I personally did not like it so I returned it.
