After searching for something I could eat for long distance cycling, and with most things causing stomach upset, I found the Sweet Potato version of Fuel for Fire at Sprouts, took the plunge and was really happy with the results! Not only do they taste great, they also have some "substance" to them with the addition of protein along with the carbs. I think the source of sugars is much better in these than what you'd normally find in other sugary products. This was the first thing I found, after extensive testing of lots of foods, that felt good to my stomach during long, hard efforts. I was very disappointed when Sprouts stopped carrying them - have to plan ahead now and purchase in advance online. Highly recommended!

Great for a quick breakfast before an early workout...tastes good too. Gives you enough energy to get through a spin class or run. Only 100 calories so you'll want to have another one or something else post workout.

Great for real food on the go. Excellent choice when buying healthy snacks.

This product is totally misleading!!!! I thought I was going to be getting 41.8 pounds of Fuel For Fire smoothies because that's what the product title says .... and I was so disappointed that it was just a couple packs. Plus, has anyone noticed that this is super old stuff? I just ordered Fuel For Fire from the company itself and it looks totally different. Don't trust this stuff!
