Blissful relief!
Diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. These have been very helpful. I can walk without pain when I have these in my shoes. Bought a pair for each shoe now, they are so comfortable. Do go a bit sticky with use. Cleaning helps but they do seem to deteriorate so probably best to leave them in the shoe and not swap between different shoes.

Do help with Plantar Fasciitis
For the price, they aren't too bad. Note that it may take a couple of weeks at least for you to feel the most benefit from these, although straight away the 'bouncy' feeling you get when wearing them in your shoes is great! Wear both, even if one one heel suffers, else your body will be off-balance. I found that after about 4 weeks, my symptoms had decreased a lot, and the pain in my foot that I experienced first thing in the morning, or when first standing if sitting down for a long period of time, was nearly gone.They tend to stick into your shoe after a while, so you don't have to worry about them sliding down your shoe in use.

Great product
After being diagnosed with Plantar fasciitis I tried several different insoles and heel pads and while they all helped these were the best as they are very thick so give plenty of cushioning to the heel which is what one needs with this condition. I find them best in walking boots with a firm sole and they enable me to walk the dog a couple of miles before the pain starts to become unbearable. Also makes trainers feel more comfortable but not to walk to far. Just need to find some for my ski boots as I think these would allow too much movement in a clamped up ski boot.They are quite sticky so best left in the shoe rather than swopping around so Best but several pairs.

didn't help me as I had chillblains
These might help people with plantar fascitis, didn't help me as I had chillblains, only found out when I went to see a podiatrist. The doctor prescribed me naproxen which worked until the chillblains had healed.

This product is excellent quality and value for money. Looks really good and does exactly what it should in your shoe. I’ve had other ones but these clear silicon ones are the best.

Inadequate
I tried 5 heel inserts for 1 day of work (I work on my feet) I didn't use their adhesives to secure them in (so that I could return the ones I did not like) so my experience may have been worse than normal but I didn't feel them slip around very much at all (in fact the one that slipped the most was my favourite). I was looking for (and have found) relief from knee pain so simply wanted a little bit more padding, if you are not looking for this then this review may be less helpful. I won't mention other products on this review directly or in depth but I'll copy this at the start of each one for context.I tried:-An all-gel pad (which felt like walking on high gelatine jelly)-A mostly foam with a bit of gel pad (which felt like walking on normal jelly)-A mostly (allegedly specialised) gel pad with a thin layer of foam (the sensation of which changed with time)(and yes I know that should all by hyphenated but that looks ugly)-Approximately 50/50 mix of gel and foam (which felt like walking on felt or basically nothing)-An all-foam pad (felt soft for about 10 minutes and then nothing)Overall I can't say I was particularly impressed with any of them since they all lost their cushioning sensation within a short timespan. Nonetheless it has to be said that my knee pain was reduced (but not removed) over the course of the week so they all (probably) did something(?).Particular review:This is the all-gel pad (which felt like walking on high gelatine jelly)It was so solid that it may have been the only one to make the knee pain worse.It was returned.
