Good on my sore back. Comfortable to wear and easy to use

I ordered this item mainly for the heat pad. The heat pad did not work, and the massage function came on willy nilly. So disappointed,needless to say I returned this item.

This belt is 45 inches from one end to the other, and it requires some overlap in order for the Velcro to fasten it together, so check it will be long enough before purchasing, as I don't think it is a one size fits all product.It is easy to put on, you just wrap it around and fasten it together with the Velcro and then do the same with the narrower belt, to hold it in place.There are 3 heat settings, but it is difficult to know which is which as only one light comes on at once, not one then two then all three, and there is nothing in the instructions to indicate the level of heat you will get from each setting, so I'd try to stay on the lowest setting and not turn it up at all, especially if you are going to pop this on an elderly person and leave them.The massage setting is the same, you can't tell instantly by looking at how many lights are on, the light just changes between the 3 of them. They are all pleasant and did make my back feel better. It turned itself off at the end of the cycle.The main thing I don't like about this belt is the positioning of the control unit. I think it would probably be fine for a man, but I am a well endowed woman and my bits were in the way and blocking my view, so I had to press them out of the way so that I could see the control unit. I would rather it came with a handheld remote control, so that I could easily see it without having to rearrange myself. They only other alternative would be to have hubby set it for me, but then if he left me and it got too hot then I'd have to struggle again.It comes with a pocket in the back, but it doesn't come with anything to put in that pocket, It also comes with a charging cable, but you aren't supposed to charge it up during wear, so make sure there is enough charge in it before use.

Came with expected prime delivery next day.Works as a heated back support with vibration mode either together or separately which is very pleasant and with the additional strap fits my waist ok (6'+ slim build). Came with a small battery but I use it with an old power bank of larger capacity plus adapter which fits in my pocket.So far so good and is fully portable which is very handy.

Bought as Xmas gift for dad, by time he used it it came up small around waist and too late to send back.

The waist brace comes in a nice, sturdy box that includes a USB C charging cable and an instruction leaflet.The first thing that attracted me was that the massager is battery rechargeable and does not need plugging into a wall socket, which always feels safer to me.The waist brace is meant to be used for back, abdominal and leg pain. It has a waist belt, a detachable outer strap and a unit. The waist belt is wide and has a nice soft fabric. While the belt did fit me thankfully, the outer strap stops a few centimetres too short from the centre, which is no big deal.I suffer from chronic lower back pain and the massager works well when it manages to reach the area. The belt wraps around the waist and while standing I find that I can lower it enough so it can reach my lower back. However if I sit on the sofa, the belt rides up and can only massage the waist and mid-back. I also need to sit upright, which is not comfortable for me or sit on a high chair.The controller has a large screen and adjusting the heat and massage settings is very easy. The instructions are very clear and helpful. The belt can easily be taken to use on the go or for travelling.I really love it, it's not noisy and so relaxing. The heat and massaging helps with the pain but getting the belt to sit where I need it to very much depends on my position: fine when I stand up but trickier when sitting.I hope the manufacturer will consider introducing larger sizes or longer belts.I highly recommend it but do check the belt dimensions particularly for larger bodies (see attached picture).

Not very hot and massage doesn’t work.

The media could not be loaded. I hope this belt will be a breath of fresh air for my husband who is a mechanic and works in poor conditions, coldness, uncomfortable positions. He always complains of unbearable back pain, and the doctor recommended evening sessions with a belt with similar functions. He feels already some improvements, but definitely he still needs to practice.So very cleverly created, with two massage and heat emanation functions, which can also be used separately. It is also ideal for women like me who suffer from abdominal cramps during the period, especially the heating function, I can finally say that I got rid of hot bottle water. It is long enough so with the help of its velcro will be able to surround different silhouettes, I really appreciate this feature, other belts are found in different sizes unlike this one.The two functions, although they can be used separately, do a very good job as a team, the effects of the massage being much better felt after a session if it is accompanied by local heat.Made of a high quality material, with a very smart velcro that actually doesn't even look like a velcro with its fine texture. It has seams all around that will definitely make it last over time.We as a couple are very satisfied with it as long as it is a useful product for both and the quality-price ratio is more than fair.
