While this product didn't foam as others have, it still takes away odors and cleans the disposal unit.

I've been using other garbage disposal cleaners and I wanted something a little different. This claimed to create a nice foaming clean; however, I didn't notice any foam rising up and out of the garbage disposal. I just saw a pink swirl in my disposal. I Like to see the foam action. Even using 2 like the instructions recommended didn't give me the effect I wanted.

Getting this large of a quantity sounds great but it takes 4 of the tabs to actually do anything for the disposal. Afresh works best and is cheaper per cleaning.

These tablets work wonderfully. They dissolved well and took all odors out of my garbage disposal. They're very easy to use and have simple directions.

I used these garbage disposal tablets after cleaning my sink, for an extra deep clean. I ran the garbage disposal empty with warm water first to make sure it was cleared out. I put two tablets in the disposal and turned the warm water on and turned the disposal on. I ran it for a minute or two before turning it off. I wasn't sure what to expect or what I should be looking for? I tried to see if I could smell the grapefruit scent and I couldn't detect it at all. I noticed the sink on the opposite side of the disposal had pink foam that bubbled up through the drain. I guess this is how it cleans? I rinsed the foam away with the sprayer. I can't say I noticed a huge difference before and after. I was expecting more of a scent with this product. Nothing bad happened so I will try it again and use the rest of the tablets I have.

I know that the box says that if it doesn't foam up that doesn't mean it isn't working. It also said you may need to use 2. I tried both one tablet which did nothing and then two tablets which also did nothing. Now, that doesn't necessarily mean that it didn't work, as the package pointed out. However, I couldn't smell anything. It's like the tablets just disintegrate and there's none of the good smell left behind, and that's why I'm disappointed. If the smell would have lingered and helped everything smell fresh then I would have given this a 4 star rating. I've used Plink years ago and if you've ever used that then you know it gives off a very obvious and fresh smell. That doesn't necessarily mean that it doesn't clean just because there's no smell, but it's just weird to me that the smell 100% disappears and nothing is left behind. I'm ultimately giving this a 3 star rating just for the benefit of maybe I have an older disposal in my unit that doesn't operate at peak function. It should still have a good smell that lingers though. Especially when it smells so good! It's such a tease.

These deodorizer tablets come individually wrapped, which is very handy because you can keep them under the sink in any container you want and open one up for when you want to clean your garbage disposal or wash away a stinky leftover from your pipes. The scent is nice, nothing strong, but pleasant enough to call scented. The tablets also don't disintegrate as soon as they go in the water, so they will stay put in your disposal and put in work for a good amount of time. They are a little chunky, so depending on the sink, you might not be able to wash them down, but you can cut em up to fit.

Purchased and followed instructions. Instructions said it would foam but didn't.
