Ink Stamp The ink compartment is hard to put in. I got ink spot over several fingers! This date stamp is a piece of junk! It gets as many as one star only because it was in a little box!

It works very well, but since I had never installed an ink pad before, I got pretty messy. A little better installation would have helped.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I purchased this stamp because I am a Community Banking Associate and the date stamps provided at work are too large for updating customer's checking and savings account registers. This stamp is the perfect size. Because it is self-inking, it is a little hard at first to judge exactly where to stamp to get it to print on the register line, but after a while you get a feel for it.

Works well and looks good.
