Increases gripping
It's hard to quantize the effectiveness, but it definitely increases gripping, especially in wet weathers. Apply 30 minutes before the game and reapply immediately after the first half.

PRODUCT SUCKS
The ingredients in the solution separated from the water and created what looked like cottage cheese. It would clog the straw and wouldn’t spray. It would spray once and the liquid that is sprayed doesn’t have the sticky effect that it’s suppose to have. This product was $17! And to know that it SUCKS shouldn’t be sold regardless if other customers received a bottle that wasn’t on the shelf too long. Hey owner, you should check your products!!! It’s a rip off!

Got it for my son he is a goalie and he wanted something to help him have a little more grip with his gloves this works great for him.

Better than water or spit!
Tried this for my kid - an aspiring goalie and one who has his fair share of gloves.Applied per instructions, wore at a practice session. Said that while it had the same or possibly slightly more tackiness, it remained consistent across the one hour practice session. Which is pretty good because he sees more shots/touches in 10 minutes than he'd normally see in a complete game. Given that it held up for the hour, I call that a win.Has a slight smell when first applied, but it quickly dissipates. Five stars, would purchase again.

Helps with grip
My daughter tested this on an old pair of goalie gloves and it did help to make the gloves have better grip. The instructions say to have good ventilation, don't get it on skin and let it dry for 20-30 minutes.

Good but wait time
My husband was a pro soccer player and now he is a club youth coach. He decided to try this spray with his goalies. What he reported back is that after spraying it takes twice as long as packaging says for it to start working. Also it does not work on all the types of leather gloves are made from. For some reason. It wears off by the end of first half. Need to be reapplied during break which does not give enough time to start working during the start of the 2nd half. Beside that it does increases the grip, the initial touch is more controlled especially in unfavorable conditions such as high humidity or rain. I hope that helps!
