No. They do not go all the way from top to bottom.

Q: Does this bag fit properly on a pull cart?

Yes! It’s quite light and manageable size as a carry bag also. Had it for 2 months and love it!

Q: About how many cans can the cooler fit and is the cooler leakproof?

Haven’t tested the cooler but it looks like 2 cans should fit fine.
