Everlywell Metabolism Test - at-Home Collection Kit - Accurate Results from a CLIA-Certified Lab Within Days - Ages 18+

I didn't care for the fact that I had to stick my finger to draw blood, but in the end, it was not a big deal and I figured it out. The directions are clear, but read them all in advance and be prepared to do everything when you first wake up in the morning. I had zero issues mailing and receiving my results in a timely manner! This test helped me to determine my next steps.

From order placement to results it only took 2 weeks! Easy to follow instructions and I got my results quickly. I would like to follow up with a primary care dr to compare lab results to test the accuracy but it’s a good start if you’re looking for direction

Results were validating but still need to go back in the middle of the broken healthcare system for treatment . Really great customer service

I received false results and when I informed Everlywell that I found this out by inquiring into legitimate scientific sources regarding the levels tested I was dismissed and told in an email to supply Everlywell a number of tests and personal health information to escalate my concerns.It was never even acknowledged that the information I found to call their testing results into question was from National Institutes of Health.Everlywell expected me to do their work for them after I’d already spent a hundred dollars on their inaccurate testing.I did not waste any more time giving them anything more than the blood I’d already wasted for their inaccurate testing but I will certainly spend time to supply an honest review of my experience with this company in the hopes that it will help others to avoid the same unfortunate experience.

Initial review is below. Updated from one star to three.Customer service has responded to my report and is offering to replace the obsolete test kit that was shipped to me by Amazon. I will come back for a final review after I receive a good kit and get my results.------- Initial Review ----I would have waited before posting a negative review, but the Everlywell website uses a UI that looks like it should be a chat system, so it sets an expectation for a quick response. Instead, all it does is say "Your request has been submitted." It took my email address, but it did not send me an email confirming that my request was submitted. That's bad design. Bad customer service. Maybe they will contact me. Maybe they won't. I'm left with absolutely no clue.The issue is that registering my test kit using the QR code first brought up a message saying that this kit could no longer be processed by the lab. The expiration date on the box is over a year away. And then on a retry of registration, it said that the kit had already been registered.If they resolve this, then I'll come back and change my assessment.

I would use this brand again. Easy to use, great instructions & I got my results back in about a week

This is a great option for a difficult to find lab service with great turn around and a standard lab report.
