Firstly, I'd like to say, I use this bench for personal training and personal use. I've had many other benches over the 24 years I've been qualified, and this one is my favourite. Feels light and not bulky at all and yet it is very sturdy and stable. Easy to assemble - a tool is provided that is actually fit for the job and comes with one spare of each of the two types of bolts required to assemble. I like that it’s simple and has no adjusting bits to fuss about. You put it together when it arrives (takes about 5 minutes) and that’s it. It’s a simple tool for a simple job and it does it well. Great quality and would recommend.

Comfy and reliable. I wish I’d bought one that can be adjusted but this is perfect as a static bench. Lighter than expected so it’s easy to move around between workouts.

Nice bench, sturdy and easy to put together. Good instructions and the sort of wrench they supply to tighten bolts is good/solid. Nothing much to putting it together. I like the fact they included an extra carriage bolt, hex bolt - that is the attention to detail I like because stuff happens. Easy to drop a bolt, kick it under something etc by mistake. So many products these days have the exact number of bolts/fittings. And I think it always good form to include at least one extra, I just like that extra touch.Bench in itself is comfortable and feels solid. I would keep the wrench attached to the bench in some way, just to periodically tighten things up. I don't think you need to, but always a good idea when working with weights. I used a bit of duct tape to tape it to the underside of the bench.

I’m very impressed with the quality of the construction of this bench. The metal framework is thick, the welding good, and the fixings secure. There are only one size of bolt and the whole bench can be assembled in less than ten minutes with the supplied 13mm spanner. Assembly is literally a matter of pushing the bolts in position and tightening them, and you’re done. Once assembled, the bench is very sturdy - on par with something you’d find in a professional gym. The bench top is well padded, though there are some ripples in the top on unpacking, but it’s certainly comfortable. Very impressed. I expect this bench will last for years.

Great Bench that takes a lot of weight.. Pretty comfy too.

The bench took less than 10 minutes to assemble - just 8 bolts to tighten. It's very sturdy, feels rock steady when benching 100kg+ barbell. A good level of padding on the top. It's not quite the same as a professional piece of gym equipment but for that you would be paying £300+ for a simple bench. At under £70 this is definiteley good value for money. I may buy another one now too. Very happy with purchase.
