I don't eat salted foods, very rarely add salt to food, or even add salt when cooking food. Yes, I know all chefs and cooks out there will be gasping in horror I am sure! So to get the picture, I don't do salt. Upon opening the tin and first tasting a delicate slither, hmmm a bit salty I thought. However, I soon managed to eat a whole tin to myself! Really delicious! I'm sure the handmade element as opposed to factory-line process makes them taste all the more amazing.

There is no evidence that these are Cantabrian Anchovies. It appears that they are from an unspecified region.

Missing in action
I was not impressed with the quantity/ratio.Whilst the taste of the product is superb, the quantity is absolutely abismissal.I would rather go for another countries product without hesitation.
