This product is completely ineffective and does absolutely nothing for pain. They are basically just wet wipes that cannot be reused. Don't waste your money or time on these.

I just made a mistake in what I bought

I like the idea of a magnesium sulfate (epsom salt) soaked pad to apply to injuries and sore muscles. In theory, it should work, and would work with the right sort of pad/cloth. This just wasn't the best implementation of the idea, as the cloth is too thin, unless it's kept folded up. I feel this cloth would work best on small areas (I used it on a sore toe joint, and it worked well). But if you were to open it up and wrap it around a leg or arm muscle, it wouldn't have such a small amount of epsom salt, that it probably wouldn't be worth it.I suppose this would be a good thing to pop in the emergency kit for travel or in a purse for an emergency, but if you are at home, I think hopping in a bath with epsom salt or soaking a wash cloth would be much more effective.
