Great for misting cocktails
I needed an atomizer to mist my cocktails with various enhancements such as peated single malt (Laphroaig), absinthe, etc. Some cocktail recipes call for a rinse of the glass with absinthe, for example, but when you rinse, you end up throwing some out. By using these atomizers you can mist the empty glass before adding the cocktail or mist the finished cocktail and eliminate the waste associated with rinsing.

Far superior to the ones at total wine
If you are an amateur cocktail guy, definitely do not get the cocktail atomizers at Total Wine- they are so flimsy. If you ever drop them once, the glass on the inside WILL break. These are nicer and basically the same price- plus if you don’t need that many for bartending, use the spares for cologne or something.

Very nice atomizers
So, I got these to use with Absinthe when making cocktails and I need an Absinthe rinse. rather than waste Absinthe I can get a fine mist to coat the glass. My daughter is using them for perfume when travelling so that she doesn't need to take an entire bottle with her.

Elegant once ready to go; slightly tough to unpack, load, and keep sprayer on; good spray action.
The media could not be loaded. PROSA very lovely piece; sparks conversation when pre-rinsing or spraying foam.I like that the contents are visible and sort of dance in the light when spraying.Sprayer provides a good, hefty spray that coats surfaces well.6 in a pack is quite a bit; unsure I’ll fill them all, but it’s a good value.Looks great on my bitters racks.CONSThe cork labels are weird and in my view do not complement the look. The labels are also kinda short and tough to actually write contents on.You must pull straight out on the cap—it will otherwise unscrew the sprayer. The compromise for being able to fill the sprayer is that the sprayer always wants to come off.TOUGH to clean: gotta fill it with soap and shake, and use a straw cleaner.Recommendations for the problem of unpacking and getting the sprayer head out of the cap initially, as others have mentioned here. If the plastic wrap is stuck around the sprayer, making the sprayer stuck in the cap, slowly pull all the plastic from the edge of the sprayer until you can’t reach anymore coming out. Then put the cap/sprayer back on to the bottle and screw it somewhat tight. As soon as you feel it hit the tight spot, go a touch further, and then pull directly out on the cap. The sprayer will stay on the bottle, and you can get the last bit of plastic. These are a 4.5 for me, despite some difficulties in managing the components, and here I’m giving them a 5.

Choice of uses
I can't imagine ever using a cocktail atomizer, so I can't comment on that. I got these to be perfume bottles--I make my own perfumes and saw these and thought they looked a lot more elegant than the bottles I've been using. (you can also decant your store bought perfume or cologne into these for travel--they've thoughtfully included some funnels to make filling easy). They're nice atomizers, but in truth, they're quite a bit bigger than I expected (again, these are marketed as cocktail atomizer, so they may be the correct size for that). I'll still use them for perfume, but they'll sit on my dresser. I don't trust the top to stay secure in my purse, and given how I throw my purse around, I wouldn't put glass in there anyway. But they are quite nice looking and are beautifully packaged, If you are the cocktail spraying type, these would look nice on your bar.
