Poor quality all around:- bad sound quality- headphones still need to Bluetooth pair even though they’re hardwired.- right earbud broke on one of mine in just a few weeks- now the other set is unpairing and pairing again spontaneously- when you unplug them, you have to wait a few seconds for them to unpair before you can listen to you audio through your speakers- the mic buttons do not triple click rewind/ go back or double click fast forward/ go to the next song/ chapter.- they degrade super fast. Both of mine are about unusable and I’ve only had them about 2 months? If that?A total waste of money and frustrating to use from beginning to short end.

Most iPhone earphones work for a very short time and then you have to trash them. These are holding up very well - I have no disappointments with them.

I should have read the reviews before I purchased this. Packaging was nice, however the product is not is not good quality. Lightning cord but still have to blue tooth to use, which defeats my purposes as I want something to listen to music without draining my battery. Lots of crackle noises while listening to the music. I bought two packages of these which means I have four total. The first pair broke the first two days. Second pair lasted three days. I am on the third pair now. Cheap imitation product. Don't waste your money.

Use it to listen to "sleep" music at night. Works great. The wires do tend to tangle a little so be careful.

Great value. Worked great with IPhone XS but not with our IPhone XR. Not sure why. I would definitely purchase again if they worked in all Apple phones.

One of those two, does not work never! Por quality

These are not Apple earbuds. Upon arrival, there is no Apple logo on the cardboard box, which is the first thing I noticed. Plus, it did not come in the plastic Apple case as the real Apple earbuds do. Next, the cord consists of a very cheap wire feeling. They do not hook up to your phone upon plugging them in, but instead, you get a beep in your ear, and you have to manually connect them to your phone. The sound quality is poor and muffled. I will be using my old earbuds as I'm afraid what these may do to my phone. These are going in the trash. It should have been a zero-star rating, but there wasn't a choice for that. Lesson learned, buy from an Apple store.

While this is a great deal it seems the quality control is lacking. Only one set of headphones worked, right out of the box.
