I know nothing about welding but I needed to fix a small part that goes on a project I'm building. I tried a couple test passes before welding the part and it went ok even the electrode stuck a couple times. But on my first pass on the part, it worked great. It saved me from buying a new part that costs $150

Well, every man needs one if you are the owner of a house or a car. You will need it once in a while but worth it because otherwise you have to spend much more money to call handy man. The digital display is a plus. It is ideal for welding your household items. 4lb, which you can carry easily around your home.

Overall this mini welder is really nice, honestly a steal. It's small and light enough that even a frail old lady can move it around all day. The actual welding experience is pretty good, although you basically need a 30 amp breaker, 15 and 20 amp breakers flip really easily. You can get away with 20 amp, but it's not great for any higher power welding, like with a thicker rod or base material.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a great stater welder for someone looking at little projects around the house. The size is easy to store and the included face shield and rods make it easy to start up right away. If you're like me you'll need long sleeve shirt to protect from the sun burn you get when you Weld. Get nice welding gloves to protect your hands too. Great little welder!
