This was exactly what I was looking for to fit in a smaller bathroom. The toilet was easy to install, it is a comfortable height, and looks great. The only cons I can think of are it's weight and non-standard seat attachment but I can deal with that.

I was in the process of replacing my old toilet's seal when I discovered that the bolts that held the tank to the base had completely rusted and several parts were shot. Seemed pointless, since the toilet was over 40 years old, to try to get parts to repair it. I needed a toilet that was no more than 26" tall and had to fit into a very small bathroom. This seemed ideal and it was. Installation is a snap and unlike other toilets you buy, this company includes all the parts you need including the wax ring. The only real issue is that it is extremely tricky to center the toilet onto the flange bolts since you cannot see what you are doing and even trickier to get your hand into the small holes to screw on the nuts. Othewise, there's really nothing to put together. The toilet comes securely packed, encased in a thick Styrofoam sarcophagus. The company clearly doesn't want to take any chances with breakage. I chose to use one of the better than wax gaskets instead of the wax, only because when you are trying to center and place the toilet on the flange by yourself, changes are about 1000% that you will miss the mark and ruin the wax ring and then have to start all over with a new wax seal. The toilet looks great, operates great, and is a great value. My biggest concern was that because of the large toilet base, it was going to hit my water supply. My water supply line is much closer to the toilet than it is in most regular size bathrooms. However, the design of the toilet allows for enough carve out space in the back for it to fit. Yes! So pleased!

This is a really nice looking toilet. It is compact without looking too small. It is comfortable and flushes like a champ. The dual flush is great because there is a significant difference between the two, and you can set them for your own preference as well. The only problem is that they do not provide an explanation as to how to adjust the flushes, even though the instructions tell you to adjust these according to the manual. There is no manual, just an installation guide. I was able, after a lot of work and dead ends, have a Facebook Messenger conversation with someone from Horow, who provided me a one sheet visual guide depicting how one should adjust the flush mechanism. It isn't easy to decipher, but it's better than nothing. In theory you don't have to touch the flush mechanism, as it comes pre-assembled.The holes which allow access to the bolts are really small, and though there is a possibility of reaching in from the back if you have Gumby arms, it makes tightening these bolts a moderately difficult job. I just took my time and eventually got them tight.One last complaint is the cheap plastic covers they provide to cover the holes. These should sit nice and flush, and be the same color as the toilet, they should be invisible right? Instead, they don't sit right, they are sticking out, and they are a different white than the toilet. I looked and online from Horow you can buy ceramic covers for $40. This wasn't necessarily a cheap toilet, and I feel that the ceramic covers should be standard. I am probably going to order them because the cheap plastic bothers me so much, but it does seem like a lot for covers that should already be there.Also, the seat seems cheap too so I'll probably be ordering a wood one. The toilet itself and the flush mechanism, however, are great and so far everything goes down in a satisfyingly powerful and quick flush. It doesn't take very long to refill itself, either.

This toilet looks great and operates very well. The slim design is perfect for our small bathroom to optimize the space. Many people said install was difficult, which comparatively to a regular toilet it is, but over all not too bad if you have the right tools and an extra person to help guide the toilet as you're setting it. The toilet seat it's self was scratched and damaged straight out of the package but I contacted the sellers immediately (with pictures) and they replied within 24 hours and sent me out a new toilet seat no questions asked. Excellent customer service and a great product. Highly recommend!

Easy install, clean look, great upgrade for an old bathroom.

I bought this toilet, but did not have it installed until way past the return window - this was my mistake. I had a plumber install it, I don’t do diy. His feedback was the holes in the side are too small and make it difficult to see to align the toilet onto the mounting bolts in the floor. The covers for these holes are cheap and flimsy and do not sit flush ( I have 2 of this style of toilet, different brand, in other bathrooms and the hole covers are flush) The extra parts that came up on Amazon as “ items you might need” were the incorrect size- again I could not return as I had them too long. In a nutshell this toilet is a great example of you get what you pay for . Thankfully the. Plumber had agreed a fixed price for this install , or it would have cost me an absolute fortune, 4hrs it took him ! I would not buy this brand again.

This is a great replacement for an elongated toilet that just couldn't flush right. What a pain in the a*s!But this toilet fit right, looks great in my guest bathroom and has a powerful but quiet flush like a good commercial toilet. Problem solved.
