This drawer looks exactly like the original. It was shipped in a thick sturdy cardboard box with bubble plastic all around the drawer, and arrived about 3 days earlier than was expected in mint condition. Months ago my wife damaged the old (2013) fridge drawer by overloading it and one day pulling it out too hard and fast. A piece broke off, and a long crack formed and continued to get longer. I was happy to find this one on Amazon that fits several Samsung refrigerator models, and decided to order it rather than try to mess with glue and repair the old one. It was worth it. Fridge is back to normal. No regrets, would buy it again.
