My dad wears 3x but sometimes the fabric is different and with limited time to order I decided to size up ... to our surprise it fit, to his picky liking. He thought it would be far too big for him as some 4xs can be but again it fit him nicely! He's not very wide but very round outwards and he felt very comfortable in it.
