Worked for 2020 Triumph Tiger GT Pro
I purchased this for a 2020 Triumph Tiger GT Pro to perform a service reset. I had done my own service and needed a way to reset the service reminder on the bike. The dealer quoted a high price just to reset it, so this tool has already paid for itself. First of all, this tool only works on Windows PCs. I don’t have a Windows machine, only a Mac, so I tried to be clever and use a virtual machine (VM) to get it working. Unfortunately, the driver for the serial port wouldn't install on ARM-based Macs (Apple Silicon). In the end, I asked a mate with a basic Windows 11 laptop to come over. We used the USB stick that comes in the kit and ran the software natively on Windows. No additional drivers were needed in our case. Instructions, Important Detail Missing: The instructions seemed clear at first, but when I connected the tool and clicked on the Service tab, it didn’t show the current mileage. You have to click "Send Config" before clicking "Reset Service" this step is not mentioned in the instructions! Also, the first time I set the service interval to 6,000 miles, it said it worked, but the bike still showed the Service Due warning. Turns out select the date-based option (e.g., in one year), which did the trick. The service reminder was successfully reset after that. It was quick and easy, taking about 2 minutes. It works perfectly for the 2020 Triumph Tiger GT Pro with no issues. I hope this helps others.

Does NOT work on 2022 Tiger 660 Sport
The original advert claimed this OBD2 could connect with the Tiger 660 Sport ECU but it CANNOT make a complete connection with the 2022 Tiger 660 Sport, it probably works fine with the Tiger 800/850/900/1200 etc models but not the newest models for 2022/23.
