These are quite large but not hard to swallow
I am always interested in anything that might avoid future problems with my prostate. The ingredients in these seem to be pretty standard for prostate health supplements and the packaging is what I would expect. There was a seal under the lid so that you can tell that it has not been tampered with. There's an expiration date on the bottom of the bottle and from everything I am qualified to tell, this seems to be a good product. As with anything like this, it would be hard to judge the effectiveness of it, but I don't see anything in it that would be bad for you so I think it might be worth a try.To help understand how I rate items:My philosophy is, that for a rating system to be effective, the highest rating and the lowest rating should be reserved for a relatively small percentage of the best and the worst products. If I give a product four stars, it is because I believe it is a very good product. To get five stars from me requires a product to go above and beyond and really impress me beyond my expectations. By the same token, a product has to be VERY, VERY bad to get only one star from me. One thing that I DON'T take into consideration with my ratings is price. I may make a general statement such as “this is a good value” but it will not affect my star rating. The reason is that product prices change, even from day-to-day. Also what one person may consider a good price someone else might not. I feel it is more important to review the quality and features of a product and let the buyer decide whether the current price is worth it to them. Another thing that I don't take into consideration are issues with shipping. This is because the seller does not always have control over that. Following is each of the five categories of *stars* and how I assign them to a product:***** Five stars - The product exceeded my expectations. I really love it and would actively suggest it to friends and would certainly purchase it again if needed.**** Four stars - The product met my expectations. It does what it claims to do. I like it and would recommend it to someone if they asked about it. I would Most likely purchase it again if needed .*** Three stars - The product is average and for the most part does what it claims. There may be a few things I don't like about it. If I recommended it to someone, I would state my reservations. I may purchase it again if I could not find a better alternative.** Two stars - The product fell far short of my expectations. It may, in some respects, do what it claims to do but has far too many problems to overlook. I would never recommended it to someone nor would I ever purchase it again. There is a good possibility I would return it.* One star - The product is terrible. It has way too many cons and few if any pros. I would actively warn my friends away from it and would most likely return it if possible.

Good Product
The most important rating for supplements is how effective they are – and for what condition. This however, takes time, weeks or even months, to evaluate. And, this can be subjective. I can't rate effectiveness yet.I take a LOT of supplements, for 40 years, and I've extensively researched them regarding the claimed benefits of their active ingredients. I suggest you do the same. I always keep in mind who gains financially for their claim (either pro or con) and/or litigation avoidance posturing – as an indicator of objectivity. And, I research the NON-active ingredients to see if any are "controversial". A common reason for NON-active ingredients is they "help" the MANUFACTURING process. ALL ingredients I've EVER seen listed on supplement labels are GRAS - Generally Regarded as Safe - by the US-FDA.But some doctors and researchers don't always agree. That seems important to me. I evaluate the entire ingredients list, for these Amazon reviews. I avoid controversial ingredients on principle, provided I can find a similar produce without them. Usually I can. Also, it is possible for supplements to interact with pharmaceuticals. That could be important, pay attention. I don't take any pharmaceuticals, so I don't comment on interactions. This is for "men's health", specifically for prostate. It is a good mix of ingredients, all of which are reported to help prostate issue:3 common nutrients: vitamin E, zinc, and selenium.7 herbal supplements, including the popular and well-know prostate supplements.I've taken all of these ingredients at various time, and an varying doses. I'm happy to add this product to me personal regiment of supplementsThese contain no non-active ingredients considered to be controversial.

No detectible odor or taste, but they are on the large size
These pills are HUGE! If you have problems swallowing pills as it is, these may not be right for you. I generally have no issues swallowing pills, but I have to get psyched up for these and I can only take one at a time. (The daily dose is two). The other thing of note with these is that I haven't noticed ANY smell or taste, odd or otherwise, so that is good for those that have issues with odors. Take a look at the picture I've included. It shows the difference between these pills and an 81mg aspirin, which are VERY small.Since supplements can take awhile to prove or deny the manufacturers claims of benefits, this is something I can not speak too since I've only been taking these for a very short time.

Good source of prostate healthy ingredients
This combines a lot of ingredients that are touted for prostate health. I have tried several of these separately over the years and found they do help with overall prostate health. The capsules are easy enough to swallow, even though they are on the larger size. After taking them for a couple of weeks now, I don’t notice a drastic change. I’m sure it needs longer to get the full results. There does seem to be a decrease in my need to urinate.

Lots of supplements in one pill
I can't comment much on how medically effective these pills are, but I can say they are pretty big, minimal off-taste. They are easy to swallow. I'm not actually sure where they are manufactured other than "FDA-approved facility". I would assume that means USA but I can't say for sure. They also have a glass bottle, which is nice and rare these days. These have green tea extract, so you might not want to take them at bedtime.
