As expected for price
The brush isn't fantastic, but it's a decent sturdy black plastic with plastic bristles, at least none were bent or anything. The spatula is pretty much worthless. The cap is good, except I didn't use it for highlighting, I just used it for covering my hair. It's a little small, but I do have a rather large head. Overall, good quality for price.

This came with only the cap and needle. Beware you are not fully getting the product advertised.
