Very comfortable
I kept suffering with really bad pain at the base of my head where the strap at the back was and seriously hurting me to where I couldn’t wear my mask for a few days and would suffer headaches, my partner found this and thought it was worth a shot although quite expensive for what it is, knowing how comfortable it is and how I’m no longer suffering I would pay triple what is advertised!I can’t believe how good it is and how my quality of sleep has improved

Brought much needed comfort
I have sensitive skin and my mask was rubbing causing discomfort. I would highly recommend to anyone struggling with the cpap mask. Its not too thick but give a nice amount of cushion around the back of the neck especially.

I have been struggling with wearing the CPAP at nights so uncomfortable. But this neck pad has made 100% difference, so comfortable and i sleep so well nowit really has made such a difference to my sleep pattern, now sleeping through the night.I would buy another one in a heartbeat, 5 star all the way.

Really comfortable
I now feel much more comfortable sleeping and haven’t woken up due to the straps digging in which they did before. I am not really aware of the extra padding around my head - but in a good way - which, when using a mask at night is no mean feat! No marks on neck or face when I wake up. I use a ResMed AirFit F20 and I’m glad I’ve got this item. I did have to cut down the neck material to fit the length of my neck/face straps but no problem doing this and was able to use the cut-offs over the top straps instead of using the ones provided.

It does even more than I was expecting
It's comfortable, even though the velcro can sometimes catch an ear lobe. You just reposition it and its OK.The bonus is how it can deal with the forehead strap. My strap is always slipping off my forehead. With this neck pad its possible to pull down the forehead strap and secure it so it can't slip off.I feel its a bit expensive but its also unique (as far as I can tell) and the bonus with the forehead strap has made it indispensable.

Bad material and poorly made
Won't recommend to anyone, looked very promising when saw it online but as soon as had it in front of me, you can tell that material is the poorest chosen and the way they've glued & stitched it all together, just not how it should be. Also, it causes skin rash just after 3 uses or so. Stopped using it all together just after a week.

Didn’t fit my Simplus
It was always too big in every direction plus adds large amount of bulk and had to be significantly altered to fit a medium to large facemask. I wasn’t impressed and even after the alterations to make it smaller to fit my straps I ended up throwing it in the bin about a week later as it wasn’t worth the hassle. It did seem like it would be comfy if it fit

Comfortable and easy to use
I have found the latex content of the mask straps irritate at night and as a result found it difficult to have a good night's sleep. I used to wrap material around the straps which helped initially but became loose during the night and the itching returned. I was told about this neckpad by the hospital and it is amazing, my first night's uninterrupted sleep for a long time. It adds thickness so the straps need to be loosened to account for it but delighted and would recommend.

Works Great!
Ordered the product on Amazon Prime and it arrived within the expected shipping timelines. I was having issues with rashes/pimples on the back of my neck caused by my CPAP straps. For a while I was using a sock to help prevent this, however it wasn't working any longer and my fiancee was giving me funny looks!I found this product online and decided to test it out. After 1 week of use I've found it easy to install and adjust to my strap sizes, extremely comfortable, and I no longer have the rash/pimples from my CPAP strap! Great product, I completely recommend.

So very soft! No strap marks! Yay!
I’m thrilled with this CPAP Neck Pad! I also purchased the strap pads from the same company, which I love, as well. They seem to be made of very high quality material.....and are definitely made with love, and understanding of the woes of CPAP mask users.I’ve struggled with my CPAP masks leaving marks on my face, which often remained for hours after removing my mask......but not anymore! These pads are ‘the cat’s pajamas’!! They’re so soft and ‘cushy’.....no more strap marks on my face!Love them!! I definitely recommend this neck pillow, combined with the related strap pads.

Just Was Too Hard To Get Straps Adjusted Properly!
My husband wears a BIPAP at night when he sleeps. You would think that in 2023, the mask and headgear would be rather an archaic approach to comfort and someone would have come up with a better solution. This item seems to be okay for some users, but headgear constantly needs adjusting because it’s made out of neoprene and it stretches out about the time you get the leaking stopped. I change out the headgear as scheduled, but I noticed that his was starting to have like these small stiff fibers sticking out of the headgear. He had been complaining about his head being sore on the back and lower near his hairline. One Dr said it looked like scalp psoriasis and called in a prescription for an expensive and really awful smelling shampoo. I looked at it and immediately remembered that his headgear look like it was starting to get kind of bristly on the edge exactly where his scalp was red and irritated. I immediately thought that it was from the strap on his headgear and I was correct.I purchased this item and then cut it down to where the straps where more accessible, but he still complained that his head was still sore. I don’t know if it’s because his head was a.ready irritated or if the material on this device should be much thicker. I think thicker material and this would work very well. It’s just not thick enough to make a big difference. I finally decided to try a different approach. I took a clean microfiber cloth, which we swap out every night and that’s what we are still using for keeping the strap in the back from chewing into his scalp. I folded it half, then in half again and it doesn’t get in the way of adjusting the straps and it stopped hurting his scalp overnight. The straps are not easily accessible for adjustment and they would come loose at night and he would have a red area on his face. He’s a side sleeper, but the microfiber cloth has been a life changer. Also his leakage is way down and it’s sometimes at zero! Now if I could only get him to sleep with the machine on longer, then it would be perfect. The device is a good idea and it is probably perfect for most people, but there’s always room for improvement. Making the device thicker and eliminating the odd way the Velcro is attached around the straps and to the device is also kind of awkward. It was compounding the existing problem. His pulmonologist actually called about two weeks after I started using the folded microfiber cloth as he had noticed that his leaking had dropped significantly and he was completely amazed at how we found the best way to solve the soreness on his scalp and the issues with the leaks. It’s monitored by a cellular network or provider and doesn’t require van SD card like older models have.

Severe sleep apnea / Fits comfortable but needs work
Before my review I need to give you a little understanding of me and my masks to give you a better understanding of the review. I have severe obstructive sleep apnea and wear full face masks. I swap between a Fisker & Paykel Vitera and Simplus mask. Due to the severe nature of my sleep apnea I push a lot of pressure so I need to have a real snug fit. Prior to purchasing this product the straps used to cut into the back of my head to the point where I bled and I woke up with permanent lines on my face and neck. I also had bruising and bumps on the back of my head. These neck pads are awesome for preventing that and I now get a more comfortable sleep. I don’t get cut anymore and the face and neck lines from the cushion pads go away a lot quicker. The only reason this product isn’t getting a 5 rating is because of the Velcro. Where the Velcro fastens at the back of the neck can get twisted and it can become exposed and rubs. It’s sometimes hard to fasten the hooks to the mask because they bunch up inside the cushions and you have to pick them out. Also the face cushions could have a slot or some kind of access for where the head straps protrude through because the Velcro won’t fasten correctly. I’ll show pictures of all these. Now those may sound real trivial but it’s the last thing you need to fight with when you’re trying to get set up to go to sleep at night. Don’t get me wrong these cushions are a God sent but I just feel they need a little more work. Maybe they could have 4 short face straps instead of 2 long ones that way you could put one on each side of the head strap. Just a thought
