I absolutely love the supplements. They’ve helped with brain fog and sleeping at night and just felt quite better since purchasing them. I have to say three of them can be hard to swallow, but making sure to take them after dinner before you go to bed. It’s a great boost to help you go to sleep at ight.

Man, what a difference take two of these in a melatonin you’re out.

Ok this worked too darn good. I followed the directions and took them with a meal and later in the night I had a terrible stomach ache. Had to down some pesto for it to go away. I will experiment and take 1 instead of the 3 for a while until I can tolerate the recommended dosage.

I feel better taking these.
