My entire wallet was recently compromised by someone with a card reader. I had to replace ALL my cards (including cards for my dad who I manage finances for). These were suggested by one of my card companies representatives.

I've read that these types of products can help with criminals accessing credit card data even while your credit cards are in your wallet. I was the victim of identity theft in 2021 and have reason to believe that two of my credit cards were compromised while in my wallet, because within two hours, I started getting hits from two cc companies that some charges were appearing. CRAZY. I got the three pack of these so I could put one on each side of the pocket that holds my credit cards. My current thinking is that you can't be too safe, and for the low price of these cards, I thought they would be a good investment, and I'm happy I've got them.

I've been looking at secure wallets for a while but never found anything I liked as well as the the current wallet I have. Then I stumbled on the Mighty Card Blocker. Problem solved!
