Works well, all the dies seem to line up okay with a few different size wires that I've tried so far. Decent product.

This item worked well, I purchased another one prior to this one and it did not work at all. Also the magnets that hold the crimping mold were not very good, I actually lost a magnet in the few minutes I tried to use it. The AMZCNC crimper work right out of the box, this MODEL ALSO USED MAGNETS TO RETAIN THE CRIMPER MOLDS IN PLACE. it also has a guide that keeps the mold in place without having to be concerned about it falling out. I would recommend this item, though I have only had this for 2 days, But it was used without any issues so far.

The media could not be loaded. The item was a tool I needed to help put in these cable railings. It worked very well and was easy to operate.

Absolutely perfect crimp on 4/0 wire with little to no effort. A 10 year old could do it. Seriously. Good luck on doing that with a non-hydraulic crimper. It's not impossible, but you better eat your Wheatie's first! I'll take this method ANY day! Nice and solid crimper. Changing the die literally takes seconds. Nice case to keep it all in, also. Good buy.

They worked on my cable railing installation perfectly. Once you figure out what size die to use 😁.

Made a lot of 4/0 battery cables up and it worked well

I replaced all the 21 year old OEM terminals on my truck and needed a hydraulic crimper, especially for the 0 and 00 cables off both batteries. This unit worked great on the large cables and smaller cables as well per the reviews. Doing it myself, I saved hundreds off buying new battery cables - probably saved thousands if a dealer did this work! LOL I used marine grade terminals and self-sealing heat shrink whenever I could for a more watertight connection. Make sure that you use the correct cable prep (cleaner/sealer) before crimping on new terminals.

I was disappointed in that I did not try out the tool before I needed it... I struggled to get the valve closed enough to allow sufficient pressure to crimp. I ended up using pliers to open and close the valve as the valve knob took considerably more torque to close than could be applied by hand - breaking open as well. Then it got worse. The knob has (had in my case) a pin to limit rotation to one complete turn. The problem was to close the valve, as stated above, I had to use pliers which very soon had the knob up against that stop. Out came the grinder to remove the stop which then allowed me to close the valve another 1/2 turn to get a marginal seal. Even then it took a lot of pumps to get the pressure up. This tools definately going back as soon as I limp through the rest of the job. PITA.

Not bad for chinesium. Crimped my #6 ring terminals great. Time will tell how long the o-rings last.
