Eucalan No Rinse Delicate Wash - Natural Unscented 16.9 OZ : desertcart.in: Beauty Review: TL;DR -- it got these pants clean just by soaking them! Great product & I definitely recommend it. I've gotten a lot of wool clothing over the past year and a half. Eucalan does an excellent job cleaning it, and keeping it soft and odor-resistant. It's easy to use-- add 1 teaspoon per gallon of lukewarm water (I usually use 1 tablespoon in a 3-gallon bucket). Gently squeeze the water through clothing, soak for 15+ minutes (I do half an hour), squeeze out the excess & lay clothes on a drying rack. Happily my washing machine has a "drain & spin" setting, so I use that instead of squeezing out the water by hand. The Eucalan is most effective if you DON'T rinse it out. I slopped a bunch of sludge-water on my pants while cleaning a plaster trap (see photo) but was confident that Eucalan could clean them. I didn't get around to washing them until a day later, but I still didn't bother pre-washing or rinsing out the stain first. I just used twice as much Eucalan, since it says to use more for heavily soiled items, and followed the directions above. The pants came out perfectly clean, just a few little specks left in the stitching which were only noticeable since I was looking closely. I personally prefer the lavender scent, but since I bought the unscented first, I've been using a bit of each, for each load. Review: Cleaned and protected fabric. Awesome job.

This is my favorite wool wash. It cleans well, contains some lanolin and doesn't require rinsing. It's very nice for hand washing items that I don't want turning into felt. My favorite scent is the eucalyptus.

This easily cleans wool sweaters, socks, etc without rinsing. It does not leave a residue in the clothes.

We think Eucalan is the best for washing our woolens. We have a lot of hand knitted woolens and, for as long as I can remember, we've used Eucalan to clean them. It is gentle on the wool fabrics and just a little goes a long way. Eucalan gets them clean without damaging the finest wool. Highly recommend!
