I honestly don't know. My 6 year old granddaughter wears it and it's a little big. I know my daughter is working on a way to secure it better... but my granddaughter LOVES it and the quality is quite good.

Its the same color as the picture blue turquoise., there might’ve been a typo but dont worry is identical and doesnt feel or look cheap!
