These candies deliver the goods if you need a ginger explosion in your mouth. I love them especially after a good meal as a palate cleanser. The chew is just right - kind of like a chewing gum. It give you a mouthful and goes away so that this is not a "commitment." It's just the right size! I think the candies are a little pricey but I keep buying them! I am not a big fan of the peanut butter flavor. The other flavors all taste the same - I can't tell the difference anyway. I'm a big fan! You'll like 'em too!

Love the flavor. Great intense ginger flavor and quality ingredients. super had to open and I miss the paper wrappers for these. Why did they switch to this impossible to open plastic that drives me nuts. They stick in my teeth a bit too but I cant stop eating.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I had purchased a different brand of ginger chews from a local store. I don't go there very often so I decided to try this brand, based on research and reviews. I LOVE THESE! I get nauseated periodically from pain and these chews always help to settle my stomach. They have the perfect amount of ginger, not too strong (I love ginger so it could never be too much but not everyone likes that). They are coated with a light powder (maybe cane sugar or tapioca powder) so that it does not stick to the package. The large bag says it contains 113 pieces; I counted, and it does. Also, the back of each little pack says LIFT FLAP TO OPEN; if you lift that little flap and hold with your index and thumb then grab the top part with 2 other fingers and pull in opposite directions, it will tear quite easily. I only included this because some commented on it not being easy to open. The pieces are in a thicker foil/plastic-like pack, this is probably to protect it from humidity/moisture. Anyhow, back to the ginger bites....I will be buying these more often because I find myself reaching for one just because I like the flavor and not because I need it for my stomach. As long as they do not change the product, this is my new ginger chew! ***NOTE: under the ingredients it does say, "MAY CONTAIN PEANUTS". ***
