Water gets trapped between the lids and it is a struggle to make the lids fit once opened. Really bad design and I am sending them back. Have been trying to get the trapped water out but doesn’t come out plus one lid looks used with yellow spice trapped in the lids. Really disappointed!

Arrived dirty, washed it but water got trapped between the glass and metal containers which will eventually cause mold. Purchased for my child so he can help with cooking dinner but don’t feel it’s hygienic

Product look great upon arrival. Very attractive container. Each container individually wrapped. The issues that detracts from the product are the following:1. Poor seal - there is no silicone or rubber grommet so the tops are loose or not well sealed, allowing for spoilage.2. The containers themselves are lightweight aluminum, one actually flattened somewhat while I was trying to initially remove the lid to take the plastic covering off the container. I was able to bend it back into shape, but so easy to malform.3. If the lids gets stuck, removing it without spilling the contents all over is EXTREMELY difficult.I am using these now to store my spices that are already in some type of container. I will not use these with raw spices or rubs as they can spoil, due to the lack of seal. Due to these issues, I cannot say it is a good value for the money.

Edited to add the picture of a lid that seems to have cracked. It’s not a glass lid.Amazon was very nice but they can’t just send a lid. I could have exchanged it all together so no complaints. It’s just hard for me to do all that just for a lid.Hopefully it won't happen to any more.I bought three. Not interested anymore in another.…love that they have individual lids. People are complaining about washing the lids. I will just wipe the lids clean and not soak in water.Some are lids are tighter fitting than others but it’s not a problem to me.I already recommended them to two friends.I will caution them now.Thank-you Amazon for your great service though.

I have mixed feelings about this masala dabba as it has both good and bad points. Good points are that it has a good amount of jars with good lids and the idea of having a round box to hold all the small jars is also good. The negative points are that it is a bit challenging to clean the jars properly and water gets stuck inside the jar lids, no labels provided so how would you distinguish between cumin powder and cinnamon powder or caraway powder or even coriander powder, etc.? And the price is steep, I wonder why can't I just buy similar product available at half the asking price here! Overall an okay product that is worth a try if they sell it a bit cheaper.

It’s was nice product to put all spices in one container

This stunk taking it out of the box and needed a good clean before usage. Water ended up getting stuck under the glass so the seal isn’t perfect.The lids are a little loose on the jars as well so the quality isn’t as high as I hoped.It does look nice and we are still using it, and as we use the spices we’re keeping in it everyday the longevity of freshness shouldn’t be too much of an issue.Not sure if this is value for money due to the issues with the quality of the make.
