It’s so good I’m on my second one. I’ve played with a number of big name paddles but never bought a second. Not only is this AMA sport paddle great at serving, dinking and control, the price point for the technology behind it is unbeatable. Only con is it’s not a power paddle, if that’s your type of game. But with the light weight of this paddle, it is highly effective at defensive fast volleying at the kitchen line.

I've been playing for 10 months now, (3.0 player) and was looking to upgrade my paddle. Another player recommended AMA brand which I hadn't heard of, but everything the Joola and Pckl Paddles had as features, this had too. I found this one on a Cyber Monday sale, though I'd looked at 3 other paddles, I decided to give the 16mm a try.Shipping was super fast, got it in 48 hours. Have played 3 times with it. It took a little getting used to , but is lighter and longer than my last paddle, definitely more control and softer feel so it was what I was looking for! You can see and feel the raw carbon surface. Also the longer handle perfectly fits my two handed back hand and the grip is AWESOME! Cover is very nice quality and eraser works fine. Happy with this so far! Will update as I continue to play.

This is a spin and power paddle. Its surface is bit softer than T700, which make it a better control. However, the paddle is bit narrower than the other paddles, which is the reason for 4-stars instead of perfect 5.

This is the second Kronos Raw I purchased. I bought this because I have two different Kronos paddles that I love and the raw looked like it has a grittier surface and would generate more spin. I wasn’t wrong. I like the feel. It’s solid and stable. It has plenty of power for my drives yet has great touch for my dinks and drops. All in all, a great paddle and a great value.

I am just gettng into Pickleball on a regular basis. I played with some friends who are 3.5/4.0 players and was fortunate enough to try thier paddles. After playing with thier +/-$250 paddles I decided to upgrade my paddle. I looked up the specs on the high price paddles and tried to find something with the same level of technology but at a much more "friendly" price. Enter the AMA Sport Kronos Raw Carbon. This thing is simply awesome. It has a generous sweet spot, the ball pops off the paddle face, the grip is feels nice in my hand and is elongated for those that like a 2 handed backhand and, the raw carbon face grips the ball nicely and allows for controlled spins. Durability has yet to be determined as I have only had the paddle for the past 2 weeks. I have played at least an hour every day those past 2 weeks and I don't see any issues with the paddle. It also comes with a nice cover and an eraser to clean the paddle face.As of this review, the price of this paddle is $89.99. For that price, this paddle is a steal. Don't walk, run out and buy this. You won't regret it.

Love this paddle. This is my second one. First one I've had for a year and a half. Tried several other paddles the last year and nothing compares. I am not a banger but when I need the power and accuracy I have it with this paddle.

Plays well and good grip

Probably have about 30+ playing hours on the Kronos Raw Carbon Fiber and can't say anything bad about it. Nice grip, balance is good, drives well, grippy surface gives you spin when you want it. Plays at least as well if not better than my friend's $200 Joula paddle. Carbon surface seems to be holding up ok. The handle is starting to loose it's tack and will need an over wrap at some point but that's to be expected.Playing style: About 3.5+ and like to mix in power drives with kitchen dumps and dink wars.
