Excellent badMy dog loves it from first step

UPDATE: the seller has contacted me regarding this review and will be updating Amazon and will create a video to upload to amazon explaining/showing the best and easiest way to put the fill into the bed.I think this is above and beyond and as we have re-ordered another bed - which is in full use by my rather large Goldador - and is robsutly well made.In addition, as a gesture of goodwill, we are being refunded for our second purchase as well.Well done On Paws Ltd.Came to be 'stuffed' with foam to make bed up. No instructions. Took 2 of us a while to find zip. Put the foam in obvious sodes according ti size, but upon zipping up, zip broke rendering item useless. Now have to send back for a refund and order another. It won't be from this company.

I read the reviews about having to put the bed together. It's really not a big deal, the cushions go in to their pockets very easily. I bought the large bed. My dog is around the size of a Labrador and fits in here with room to spare. I gave this three stars because the floor cushion, which is in fact three cushions (already in their covers) are very thin. As I'm trying to persuade my dog this bed is more comfortable than mine a thin mattress is not helping. I have had to supplement his mattress with a folded duvet. He does like the bed sides as he appreciates something to rest his head on. Spoiled or what?

I got the XL because my dog likes to stretch out, but if he's not stretching out, it's huge! But he likes it. Not sure why people are having problems putting the cushions in, it was quite straightforward, I took the advice of an earlier reviewer and started with the front cushion, and it took minutes. Very roomy bed so our lab can stretch out in comfort. Back and sides are firm foam material which is supportive for the dogs head. They are also deep enough to keep out all draughts. The bottom consists of a comfortable padded section. There is an all round zip which is a bit fiddly to close but will make it easier to remove the cover for washing. Overall an excellent value for money product.

XL Lounger perfect size for my collie, I didn’t have a problem with assembling it myself (less than 10mins) had some sizing issues in the beginning but after contacting the seller I received 100% customer service which I feel deserves 4stars +++++ and above. I’m very happy with my purchase :)

The bed arrived in a huge box which thankfully wasn't too heavy. Easy to unpack. The four sides of the bed need to be inserted and zipped in. As long as you remember to keep the zipping sides straight and close together it's not too difficult to do. Then all you need to do is pop the cushion in the centre of the bed and you're done. My greyhound was on the cushion before I had the bed fixed up and once it was finished, he was straight in. Seems to really like it. Add his fleeces and a Teddy, perfect. I like that the whole thing zips apart for washing. I got the XXL bed so there's plenty room for him to sprawl out and roach. The cat might nip into the opposite corner too.

We bought this for our Weimeraner pup, and it is a great bed for an ever growing dog! It comes apart for washing easily etc and she is super happy in the bed. However, this week, at 7 months, she has discovered the zip on the cushion and has totally chewed both off, now has access to the white internal cushions and has started to eat these! We cannot close the base cushions now as there’s no zips!Is is possible to buy the base cushion separately as we love the bed! We’ve had to remove one of the internal cushions so she’s now just lying on the floor in that section! Thanks.
