As a waiter who works outside in Philadelphia summers, this neck band is a godsend. It truly does only take about 15-20 minutes in the fridge to get ice cold and when it does, my body temperature feels like it drops 10 degrees on contact. My two issues are 1) it doesn't stay cold for very long, and 2) the overall quality FEELS a little shoddy - I will not be surprised when the sealant line keeping the product held together breaks and spills all over my refrigerator. Otherwise no issues with delivery.

I bought two of these and loved them so much that I bought two more. However, one of them had a pin hole in it and leaked in our cooler. There wasn't anything sharp in the cooler that would have caused this. You can't see the hole, but the contents will shoot out. I tried seeing if there was a way to contact the seller to report this issue, and find out how toxic the contents may be bc it leaked onto our drinks. However, I wasn't able to find any contact information. I'm hoping the seller sees this and reaches out. The other 3 I have purchased are still holding up. I was very disappointed with this one though.

I attend a balance class for those of us of a certain age at a church gym that is cooled by large floor fans that just move the warm air around. I was probably expecting too much from this thing. It helps a little and I will certainly keep using it.

Life saver in the Summer. Great for gardeners, farmers, and anyone out in the heat. Don’t even notice you are wearing it and it doesn’t fall off.

It’s a great product. It freezes fast maybe 15 mins. When you first out it on it’s a little to cool so i put it over my hair until it cools a bit. It stays frozen for a good while and stays cool for a while i would say maybe 2 hours. It comes in handy for someone who gets hot so easy but it really does help regulate your temp especially since it’s right on your neck.

I used this for working outside in the summer in Florida. It really only lasts about fifteen to twenty minutes in this type of heat. It is easy to use and it is comfortable so I'm going to buy one or two more so that I'll always have one that's cold and ready to use.

It definitely cools you down when you need it most. Unfortunately it doesn’t last very long. I use it at work in a warehouse and I’m lucky if it last 15-20 minutes. But the plus side is throw it in a freezer or ice water, 10 minutes later and your good to go again. Definitely in love with mine
