I’m going to be honest they aren’t the greatest tasting drinks in the world. But there is so much more benefits from these that it’s tolerable! Minimal calories, zero carbs and high protein and the best most positive thing: they bariatric doctor approved!!!!As I am preparing for bariatric surgery these helped get my protein intake requirements without having to drink a crappy shake. I am going to continue getting the assorted pack so I don’t burn out on a single flavor overtime.My package arrived in great condition and drinks were room temperature (I live in Phoenix)Absolutely love that they are GLASS bottles. For the cost, it makes me feel my money went further. I definitely recommend keeping them as cold as possible and shake well, at least off and on for a minute. Drink and refrigerate if you’re not chugging it.Keeping them cold is key to tolerating the taste.

This is one of those things that on the surface may seem palatable. It wasn’t! Some of the flavors tasted outright like medicine. You are better off buying the powder French vanilla protein, add a tablespoon of instant coffee or mix it with coffee for a Starbucks flavor. There are better alternative to get your protein fix everything but this ain’t it!

Grab and go for those busy mornings! Does leave a slight aftertaste but if getting in your protein is important this is a good option.

Love the drink it's just to expensive. Especially, for someone using it for Bariatric Surgery

Benefits - 32 grams of protein, way too expensive and flavors are disgusting. Better to stick to unflavored protein, ice and free caffeine MÍO if you are the n a post op clear diet.

products are a hundred percent--no doubt.i assumed these were the typical 12 packs i have on recurring shipments. having been cut in half, 6 pcs vs 12, it doubled the cost. it was easiler to just bite the bullet and move on.product wise--if you're into fitness, this makes sense. if you're not, they won't because of the price,for the protein, whey protein is the quickest absorbing protein and since this is in liquid form, so clear you can see through it, you're assured for no fillers and most are zero carbs.so after a work out, great replacement for what's lost. for dietary function, great for no carbs and for general health, great suppliment for high protein since most of our human bodies are compounds of protein collectives. nice to have a 'dose' (since it's liquid) of high quality protein without having to cook or eat to meet dietary req's. keep in mind, not a great meal replacement since it doesn't have any body--substance that would make you feel full beyond a large drink of what flavored water might do.

Packaged very well. Good variety of flavors. Overall didn't taste that well.
