Bought to use for bench pressing.Comes in a solid box.I was really surprised with the feel and weight.Feels strong and solid.The bar screws together really easy and again feels solid.In a bench press position you don't get the feel of holding a weighted bar BUT when you press up you definitely feel the strong resistance and feel the pump.Best resistance bands that I have ever used.So far a good 5/5

It's perfect for getting a workout in with out the need of loads of equipment.I can work the whole body with this.

3 months in and 2 bands have already snapped. Pretty poor quality tbh. I'd have a good look and pay a little extra for a tidy set. Buy cheap buy twice 👎🏼

Decent, works well but haven't had it too long and already had to replace a band that snapped and it was like a 2-3 week delivery time….one snapped again last night😩
