I purchased 4 of these jellyfish lamps for the recovery rooms of a pediatric surgical center to help soothe patients as they are waking from surgery. Kids love looking at the jellyfish and often ask if they are real. After about a week of use, 2 jellyfish from 2 separate lamps would not float or move around and remained on the bottom of the lamps. There are 2 emails listed in the instruction manual for customer service. I emailed both. I had an extremely quick response from [email protected]. They are sending replacement jellyfish. Overall, great realistic lamps and wonderful customer service experience!

I ordered 2. In one, one of the fish just sank to the bottom and stayed there. There were 2 different customer service email addresses. One on the box and one on the instructions. I emailed both requesting replacement fish. One email bounced back, the other no response. Also I could not find a website for Calover!
