Clever Fix for Apparent Design Flaw
This is based on my limited experience and some speculation. The item took over a month to be delivered, and I'm guessing that is because the demand is high. It was worth the wait. I really like my Charge 4, a Fitbit product that is now discontinued. One of the stubs to which the OEM band attaches failed such that the clip mechanism wouldn't work, but the watch still functions well. I fixed that by using Gorilla Glue to re-attach the band at that point - and that helped for a while, until the original band began to wear out. I wrote to Fitbit to ask if they had a solution, and they offered me a newer model "discounted" to a price over that available in the market. Because this popular model was discontinued and because the item reviewed here is apparently well received, I'm guessing the failed band connector is a common problem, not just damage I may have caused. I chipped and filed away the Gorilla Glue and old band segment. This new band doesn't need that part. Here are the attributes of interest: 1. Makes it possible to use the Charge 4 after the band attachment fails. 2. Allows operation of the watch using the button though the button us covered by the rubber case. 3. Allows the watch to be charged without removing the case, though some care is required in connecting the charging device. 4. Features the means to tuck in the tail of the band so it is not floppy and does not need a retainer. 5. The pin that sets the spot where the length around one's wrist is metal, not just a rubber nub, so that appears to be a good material choice. 6. The band looks great - better than the originals. Recommended.

Simple Fix for a Common Fitbit Flaw
The Fitbit Charge 5 is known to break at the band connection point, which can require repair or a full replacement. This replacement band is a great solution that lets me continue using my Fitbit. While I’m not usually a fan of rubber bands, this one works well — especially since I spend a lot of time in the water. The tuck-under design mimics the original Fitbit closure, which feels a little odd to me, but overall it functions well. I’m happy to have found a simple and effective fix!

Easy replacement.
My hubby’s band for his Fitbit broke off completely, so I ordered this one to hole the Fitbit and it was a perfect fit and so easy for him. We have had these fitbits for over 5 years.

Massive Improvement - Saves Buying A New Fitbit!
So I literally just opened and put this on, but I had to review it. As anyone who is here probably knows, Fitbits have an issue with connectors snapping off, making it impossible to attach to the usual bands. That’s where something like this comes in to save the day and your wallet. This is the position I found myself in quite a while ago now, and I purchased another of this type of band. It was far from perfect, but it worked. I saw this and saw the opportunity for an upgrade, and boy was I right! The other product was clunky and bulky, ofter getting caught in sleeves or hitting stuff while living day to day life. The area around the screen was also raised, often getting stuff stuck in a line around the edge (gross) and making it difficult to scroll across due to narrowing the accessibility of the screen. In an instant, this band has solved both those issues. No bulk, nice and smooth, full access to the touch screen. I’m already in love! Cons: You have to remove to charge. This was true with the old one as well. It is also a little more difficult to get in and out and on and off than the other one was, BUT it’s a lot more secure once on and no having the little slides that hold the band down moving around constantly needing to be fixed. I can’t yet speak to durability, obviously, and I don’t know how annoying getting it in and out or off and on is going to be, but my current opinion is that it will be a minute or so of extra work every week or so compared to regular aggravation constantly, which is a good trade off. I literally just bought a back up.

Sleek Looking. Does the Job.
One of the connection tabs on my Fitbit Charge 4 broke off after only two years, leaving me with a still fully functioning "pebble" but which wa unusable due to the unreplaceable band. Judging from feedback across the web, this is a widely experienced defect in the case design of the Charge 4. Fitbit refused to offer any kind of discount to replace my tracker - plus they rely largely on automated responses which have nothing to do with the questions one has asked. (Such irrelevant, mechanised responses are frustrating, time-consuming to deal with, and insulting to customers. Rather than throw money at another Fitbit, I followed the advice of other similarly frustrated and cornered customers, and looked for a substitute band which would encase the "pebble" alone. This silicone band is working perfectly! In fact, the Fitbit gives far more consistent and accurate readings with the substitute band than it did with the original OEM band. The substitute is a little tricky initially as you have to work the pebble into the band (no need to remove the old connectors), and the closing system on the band is a bit unusual. But, one gets used to it. And, it works very well. Moreover, it will fit almost any wrist, and is quite stylish and sleek for either a man or a woman. I would rebuy this item.

Works and cheap. Didn't last long. Broke after 6 months
I'd say it would be 5 stars if it lasted longer. Mine only lasted 6 months before part of the band broke. I only wear it to bed and not every night. Yeah it's cheap, but should last longer. Bad quality control.

Best Fitbit Charge 6 Band
As an owner of a Fitbit Charge 6 this is undoubtedly the best band I could ever ask for. Its seek no bulky design makes it perfect for everyday use and fits comfortably. Being able to take my Fitbit out of the case for cleaning has never been easier and yet it perfectly snug while wearing. The way the watch itself sits in the case automatically protects it from wear and tear bumping into things. Couldn't ask for anything more but I pair this with a scratch resistant screen protector just to be on the safe side. Been wearing for 2 months straight with zero issues.
