I'm absolutely amazed by the speed of this printer but I'll only suggest this printer to someone who has an vast knowledge in klipper. But overall all I'm very happy with this printer

For the money its worth.had a headache with bed leveling. After watching some youtube tutorials. Got it right. Bed leveling only becomes heeadche if you print big prints that uses whole bed. Now my printer is fine. If anyone buys it pls watch some pros and cons before buying so you could know what to do and how to avoid. Overall printer is upto my expectations.

The Elegoo Neptune 4 Max turned out to be an absolute mess. The gantry frame couldn’t even be assembled properly because the holes didn’t align. The hotend/extruder assembly had visible stress marks on the plastic, suggesting it was forced or poorly molded, and there were multiple scuff marks around the screw holes, as if it had been roughly handled. The gantry frame issue was from the factory as this level of misalignment can only happen while manufacturing, damage while shipping can be ruled out as there was no damage on the box and a sheet metal packed beneath few layers of protection can not be damaged at one specific spot only. When I reported these issues, the seller simply ignored me and eventually stopped taking my calls which shows how poor the support is. And if you’re a technical person, here’s the real concern: the printer’s massive build plate is driven by a single NEMA 17 motor. Think about it- that one small motor is expected to handle all the weight, high-speed movements, accelerations, and decelerations of such a large build volume. It’s hard to imagine it lasting long under those stresses... better go with a ender 3 v3 plus ik price is high and size is less but is bang for bucks.

Good 3D printer for beginners. It has good features 36 point auto leveling, lights, touch screen display, cooling fan. Prints well.
