I love this brand for its deep rich natural flavors and as usual almond has a very delicious taste, and goes a long way!

I have ordered before. I use it in baking.It adds a nice flavor on oatmeal along with some vanilla paste.Not much almond extract is needed … can easily use too much.Use in most of my muffins as well. Good in pancakes too.

As with most Nielsen-Massey extracts, they are worth the price. I have tried other almond extracts and this one absolute has the best flavor profile - which should not be surprising since I have found the same to be true for their vanilla extracts as well. Yes, they are more expensive... but for the amount necessary to garner the desired result? It pays off. You can taste the quality

The flavor is amazing as always. But the packaging was also a great presentation. Great quality in a dark brown glass bottle.

Lack of flavor

Nielsen-Massey makes the best extracts! This is my second bottle of Almond extract: truly imparts a deeper flavor than amaretto liqueur. Highly recommend.

Its amazing how real the flavor is. It really tastes like a real orange and not what the food industry calls orange. I use this to flavor an otherwise horrible tasting electrolyte drink I make myself with salt, potassium chloride and magnesium bis-glycinate, otherwise referred to as Snake Juice. With a dash of lemon juice to add sour to it. Tastes like a orange lemonade, or orange-ade :)
